Flat-fee Shipping and Handling - U.S. Customers
We charge a $5.00 USD flat-fee shipping and handling charge for purchases shipped to the United States, no matter how many items you purchase at one time.
Shipping and Handling - International Customers
International shipping is $20.00 USD. We encourage you to send us an e-mail to confirm that a shipping is available to your country. International orders may be subject to local import taxes or other duties.
Shipment Method
Orders will be shipped via USPS and will arrive within approximately 3 to 10 days.
Please note:
EcoQuette does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed, and your order might arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays.
For example, your order might arrive after the estimated arrival date for any of the following reasons:
- Delivery is to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address
- Delivery is outside the 48 continental United States
- Delays for Canada and International orders due to customs clearance
- Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification
Returns
Returns will be accepted; however, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and will be charged a $5.00 re-stocking fee.
Exchanges
You may exchange your purchase; however, you are responsible for shipping fees and will be charged a $5.00 re-stocking fee.
