Textile buffs will recognize the longer layer as coming from the prized Patola sari, created from the most complex of Indian weaving. Patola saris often take 4 - 6 months to create and are recognizable by certain characteristics, including ikat patterns and 5-color designs.

Longer layer – beautiful ikat weave in dynamic shades of black and red. Merged with classic ikat patterns along diagonal panel and vertical trim in shades of red, burgundy, gold and warm green.
