Longer layer : The symmetrical long layer of ivory and ecru is punctuated by small stripes of roses in subtle shades of scarlet, beige, ecru, and black.

Shorter layer : Harmonizing with the other layer, the short layer evokes the feel of a garden with a dark rose background accented on both sides with a three-inch emerald green border edged in gold-metallic brocade.

Both edges are accented with vertical borders in the same colors.

Both layers have a soft, supple hand.

The reversible waistband is in the rose of the short layer and has one buttonhole at center.
